How often do you find yourself talking about diets, weight, food, clothes or appearance with friends? Is it usually negative? How about changing the conversation?
It’s not easy to change ingrained habits but finding ways to divert discussion with a friend who’s down about how they look, or even diverting our own internal discussion about how we feel about our bodies is key to changing the script.
